Everyone seemed to be professional, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Pioneer Homes is committed to personal service and I am very happy with my home in The Highlands. I also want to comment on the groomed appearance of the entry area to the Highlands. It looks great and several friends have commented about how nice the entry is. I commend Pioneer Homes for its commitment to the development. The homes have a great layout, plenty of space, and ample storage .

When Paul is not on a job site, he’s playing with his two grandchildren, looking forward to duck and goose seasons and spending time in his vegetable garden. We really enjoyed our stay at Maurits at the Park. Dinner at Spring and VanOost was wonderful, with incredible attention to details. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
